Install “VidCutter” a video cutter and joiner in Linux Ubuntu !

You can get all the details about this tool on the GitHub page here:-

Here is a straight forward way to install this tool via command line, that’s the Geek’s way of doing things 🙂  in Ubuntu, Debian, Linux Mint and it’s derivatives:-

Note for the PPA(Personal Packaging Archive), click here

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ozmartian/apps

Now run the below commands one by one

sudo apt-get update

sudo apt-get install vidcutter

To Uninstall

sudo apt-get remove --autoremove vidcutter

Note:- All the commands require sudo priviliges, that is you need to be a root to execute the command. Run at your own risk, the ppa is not guaranteed to work 100% all the time at the time of writing !
