After tinkering down with a half-a-dozen workarounds on the WordPress Dashboard — this issue does not seems to be fixed since the root cause of the images not showing is very classic and perhaps mundane and the only way to fix this would differ/vary for the peeps using different solutions etc.

Now let’s be specific — if this issue is not solved via a simple Google search which shows some very basic troubleshooting techniques here and there, should have been fixed, but for my work case scenario it took a sudden U-turn and issue as you might have guessed was with Cache handling – & I do not blame truthfully those profound plugins out there like Lite Cache, Redis etc. But my underlying problem was through a surprise-surprise JETPACK plugin and yes this one is quite seasoned plugin and generally 95% of the time no issues from there side.

After digging though and through internal Settings I discovered the pinnacle cause underlying this issue and found out that the security tab was all okay except the handling of cache as shown below was the culprit.

as seen above under Perf & Speed I’ve now unchecked all speed boosters and my WordPress Blog is normal back to business.

Thanks for reading till here and a huge shout out to folks handling the official forums of the WordPress, you made my day brighter!
